Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping

Axiomé orders are fulfilled from our Canadian warehouse and are currently shipped to addresses in Canada and the United States.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination and shipping service selected at checkout.

You will receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping is available on orders over CAD $150. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Returns

Unopened and unused supplements may be returned within 14 days of the date the order is received.

Before returning an item, please email info@naturelcollagen.com with your order number, the product you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returned products must be unopened, unused and in their original condition. For health and safety reasons, opened supplement bottles cannot be returned.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us promptly and include your order number and photographs of the product and packaging.

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. Naturel Collagen Canada will cover return shipping when the error is ours or the product arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
